Dear Friends,                                                                                          

     Because of your investment every year the Boys & Girls Clubs of the NorthValley has continued to positively impact the lives of over 1,700 young people and families in our communities - giving them hope, guidance and an opportunity for a brighter future. Instead of going home to an empty house, young children walk through our doors and are greeted by caring adult staff and volunteers, who engage them in positive activities.  Instead of hanging out on the streets, teens come to the club where they find positive role models and productive activities that keep them inspired and motivated.

     Over the past two years we have made significant cut backs in our membership and budget and are operating within our means to continue giving our kids what they deserve – our best! We currently have waiting lists at our Clubs and with your support we can restore our services and bring back the kids we have had to turn away.  As government and foundation funding has been reduced and continues to become scarcer your support is all the more important. 

     Each and every day children come through our doors in need of guidance, in need of an opportunity to participate in positive activities and in need of feeling that there is hope in their future. Every year our youth at the club continue to impress us with their courage and their commitment to do well, while contributing positively to their club and their community.

     Your donations support our clubs in providing:

• A safe place youth and families can depend on everyday
• Resources that meet each child’s needs
• Positive and professional role models to guide, listen and encourage kids to be their best
• Consistent and quality services that promote grade progression, job skill development and civic responsibility
• Open doors for every child and family who is in need of our services

• Demonstrate good character and citizenship

• Lead by example and serve others 

Every time one of our youth develops skills and the courage to overcome their personal challenges, we see a FUTURE born.  And each time that happens, we are reminded we couldn’t do it without the support of individuals like you.
