The Boys & Girls Clubs offers a variety of career opportunities for people with experience working with young people and academic training in education, health, business, technology, recreation, and related fields. We also have a number of administrative postions that come available from time to time.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of the North Valley employs approximately 70 staff in a variety of capacities in full and part time positions.  We also hire seasonally for summer camps held in Chico, Paradise and Oroville.  Every staff person must pass a background check prior to their employment to ensure the safety of our members.  Some positions may require additional background checks such as driving records and financial information.  If you have questions about your eligibility, you may discuss this privately with the HR director when you are contacted.
