Every month our staff take four to five of our teen leaders to pizza (thank you Woodstocks!) as a reward.  This is our chance to ask them about the club, about their lives and to take the pulse of the club through their eyes.  This week our HR Director, Scott Dinits accompanied the teens and this is what they had to say....

Why do you come to the Boys & Girls Club Teen Center?

"So that I have something to do after school"; "To see my friends and not be bored"; "My parents make me"; "My parents work"; and "I just like coming".

What are the best parts / your favorite parts of the Club experience?

"The programs and the staff"; "Golfing"; "Getting to do my homework"; "Dodge Ball"; "All the programs and fun things to do all the time"; "Being a Junior Staff"; "SMART Girls program"; "Dance";  and "Playing with my friends".

What could be improved about the Club?

"More staff at the Teen Center so that we can go into more of the rooms at one time"; "7th Grage pre-algebra book so I can do my math homework"; and "More equipment to play on in the outdoor area".

"Bob Bishop, the computer guy"
